Simple Salmon
Easy week night meal you can smoke on up!
Ingredients (for 2 people):
Pre- Game (4 hours – marinating)
- Clean the salmon and remove the skin
- Place the salmon in a freezer bag with 1 cup Italian dressing and shake it around until both fillets are fully covered in Italian dressing
- Marinate for at least 4 hours
- Remove from bag and place on a plate
- Add salt and pepper to taste
Main Event (20 min)
- Start your Traeger or smoker grill on the smoke setting, with lid up for about 4-5 minutes
- Once a fire is established, turn the temperature to 350 and let it preheat until it reaches 350 (lid closed during pre-heat)
- Once the temperature reaches 350, place the salmon on the grill
- Cook for 20 minutes or until the salmon is to your liking
- Easy and delicious!
