Simple Shrimp Skewers

This is a tasty appetizer or you can make it a meal!  

Ingredients (for 2-3 people):

  • 1 pound of shrimp
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 TBSP Italian seasonings 
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Minced Garlic – 1 TBSP
  • Wood or metal skewers

Pre- Game (10 min)

  1. Start your Traeger on the smoke setting, once a fire is established, increase the temperature to high 
  2. Clean the frozen shrimp
  3. In a mixing bowl combine the olive oil, Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic
  4. Toss the shrimp in the bowl so they are covered in oil and seasoning 
  5. Place the shrimp on the skewers (about 6 or 7 of them) IMG_8735

Main Event (20 min)

  1. Once the temperature reaches high, place skewers on the grill 
  2. Set a time for 15 minutes to flip halfway through 
  3. Cook a total of 30 min
  4. Enjoy!
